Beaders Group meets at C.A.’s – We missed Bren-Bren & Keri!

Our Beaders group met at Carol Ann’s this month. It’s always a joy to go there. Lots of room and plenty of fun and fellowship. Everyone showed up but Keri and Brenda. It’s never the same without the whole gang. We missed y’all!   I picked up Mary Lou in Conway and we had a great visit to and from the meeting. Carol Ann showed us this new powder paint that you paint on with a medium. She found the lady in Paducah that sells it. You quilt your quilt first then paint it. Sounds like a lot of fun!! The colors were really pretty.

We always have show & tell and bring a sack lunch. We catch up on families and what each one has been creating this month.  Pat showed us her paintings and embroidery that are to die for! Carol Ann showed us her new fabric rope baskets. Bibi showed her 2 new dolls. I showed my 3 antique tied quilts, some new buttons, and Scrap Quilt Top #30.   Kelley showed a new doll quilt she was making for her granddaughter. Carol Ann made a snowflake quilt on Sunday after I should her how to do it on Saturday. It was gorgeous!  Everyone told what they were doing and what was going on in their lives. The day was a blast as usual.
