Antiquing in Russellville and the Mark Roberts Find

Mark Roberts rabbtLiz , Anna, and I went to M’Lynn’s gift shop in Dardenelle for their 20% off sale Saturday. We both wanted to see if there was any Christmas we needed.  JoClaire had been on Friday and she showed me a Mark Roberts Christmas fairy she bought. She has several of these very decorative fabric figural designs. The one she bought was a Christmas chef fairy. It was $100 with 20% off. Really cute and very festive for the season.  I got some Christmas presents and stocking stuffers.   I found in the bargain room  3 round dome frames, 8 jello/tart molds for 20Junking 1 cents each, and 2 sets of Nikko Christmas salt and peppers for half of half. Matches my set and Mama’s Christmas dishes. Then we drove towards Russellville and stopped at the flea market. I got several things for me and for other people’s collections. But the find of the day was a Mark Roberts Easter fairy. Remember JoClair’s purchase at M’Lynn’s? Well, I got mine for $2.98.  Good junking day.junking 2Mark Roberts rabbt

Hi Jim, this is Ethel. Love your emails. Did you get our house and trees quilt done? I’m dying to see it. We’re planning to hang it at our quilt show. Will you be coming down for the show? If so, you can stay with me again. Loved your visit with Evelyn.
