Recently, I bought a bunch of tart molds for my tart mold collection. I have all shapes and kinds now. But, they take time to make. I was hungry for something sweet and I looked in the freezer and found some frozen peaches in sugar I had put up a month ago. Peach Tart!!!! Well, I go out my 1958 Swedish Tart Recipe Book out and read up on the dough/pastry. I mixed the
dough, and decided not to do the small molds, just do a big one. I got a pie pan and sprayed it with Pam rolled out the dough thin and poured in the peaches. I cut the rest of the dough in small strips and laid them on top. Oven at 350 degrees for about an hour checking periodically. OMG!!! De-Lish!!! See my old posts on peach tarts and cobblers:
