Joan’s Calendar Quilt from My Patterns

oct flowers red joan stained glass 010I designed the Block of the Month for a year for the Arkansas Quilters Guild in Little Rock. I made the patterns for either embroidery or for applique.  Joan decided to do the patterns in red work. When she finished all the blocks we designed the sashings and cornerstones and borders. She finally finished and it is wonderful. I paid for the fabric and I had one of her quilts quilted, and she gave me this top.  I am thrilled that this is finished and looks so good!joan 2calendar Joanoct flowers red joan stained glass 011
