June and the Farm Family Quilt Update

Stained glass door, Fayetteville, Antiquing Clarksville. Barbara 137My friend June in Fayetteville has been working over a year on her version of the Black Farm Family Quilt that my kids and I designed in 1983. I gave her all the patterns in a book form and she has been working on it almost everyday. Her fabric choses are wonderful and her stitching is so exact. I love what she has done. On my way home from Bentonville Friday I stopped in Fayetteville to see her and the quilt. She has done an excellent job and she only lacks 6 blocks I think. Congrats on attempting such a huge project. Love you!!!Stained glass door, Fayetteville, Antiquing Clarksville. Barbara 126Stained glass door, Fayetteville, Antiquing Clarksville. Oh WOW!!!! What a quilt!!!!!! I’m left speechless …..

  2. I love this quilt, both hers and the one your students did. She needs to come and show it at the guild. We would love to view it in person.
