Roy Dudley’s Sale in Little Rock this Weekend

Nov. 2nd 2014 015Liz and I call back and forth all week. She’s like my god-daughter. Her mother, Sue Ann, and I were close friends and quilting buddies for years. Well, we like antiquing , and look forward to Roy Dudley’s estate sales in Little Rock. He posted one at the big warehouse this week, so we decided to go. I found a few little things and then I saw 3 beaded purses in shadow boxes. Well, the shadow boxes are around $20 at Hobby Lobby, so I got them. I found an old red plastic egg separator, which was a give away for a candy company and the reason I know it was old, the phone number was: “21.” I got some painted china salt and pepper shakers, a petit point pin cushion, a beaded cross, two miniature child’s glass, covered butter dish and candy jar. a porcelain swan with raised flowers, and a frosted glass Christmas tree on a light stand. I almost forgot. I got 2 Victorian round frames with mirrors for $5.00 each for my Victorian Watercolors. All good bargains! Thanks, Liz for driving!
