Christmas Eve at the Wiedower’s

wood burn Christmas 2014 091For the last several years Linda Wiedower has invited me up for Christmas eve supper with her family and friends. We go way back to when I was married. She and Zoe were real close in school. She had Lance, Beth, Gregory and Lynlee, the two granddaughters, Andrea, Bernie and Judy. I got there at 5:30 with a bag of ice in hand. I helped make the deviled eggs, the punch, and the gravy. I wash and rinse as we cooked. She had a full table of snacks and then had ham and dressing and all the fixin’s. It was the best meal! She has old recipes and recipes from her mother she uses and everything tasted so good. Judy and I helped wash and clean up while she and the kids had Christmas and unwrapped. Linda always plays for Midnight Mass, so we try to help get stuff put up, so when she gets back home there won’t be too much to do. It’s always fun and I never mind working for my supper. The house is just beautiful and her decorations are something else. Thanks, Linda for a fun evening.wood burn Christmas 2014 082 wood burn Christmas 2014 083 wood burn Christmas 2014 084 wood burn Christmas 2014 085 wood burn Christmas 2014 086 wood burn Christmas 2014 087 wood burn Christmas 2014 088 wood burn Christmas 2014 089 wood burn Christmas 2014 090 wood burn Christmas 2014 092 wood burn Christmas 2014 093 wood burn Christmas 2014 094 wood burn Christmas 2014 095 wood burn Christmas 2014 096 wood burn Christmas 2014 097 wood burn Christmas 2014 098 wood burn Christmas 2014 099 wood burn Christmas 2014 100 wood burn Christmas 2014 101 wood burn Christmas 2014 103 wood burn Christmas 2014 107 wood burn Christmas 2014 106 wood burn Christmas 2014 105 wood burn Christmas 2014 104 wood burn Christmas 2014 108 wood burn Christmas 2014 109 wood burn Christmas 2014 110 wood burn Christmas 2014 112 wood burn Christmas 2014 113 wood burn Christmas 2014 114 wood burn Christmas 2014 115 wood burn Christmas 2014 116 wood burn Christmas 2014 117 wood burn Christmas 2014 118 wood burn Christmas 2014 119 wood burn Christmas 2014 120 wood burn Christmas 2014 121 wood burn Christmas 2014 122 wood burn Christmas 2014 123 wood burn Christmas 2014 124
