Teacup Gardens

scan0004A couple of months ago Margaret brought over a “Country Woman”  magazine that had an article about teacup gardens.  I thought I’d copied it, but couldn’t find it. So, I asked her to bring it to our next meeting. I had been collecting teacups and containers that I thought would make cute teapot gardens. You build the teacup or container up to the top of the container. They used marbles. I’m going to use styrofoam from the flower section at Hobby Lobby.  Then you cover it in mosses, or flake snow, and add miniatures. I have collected 4 teacups, a big Christmas mug and a couple of containers I want to make up. Here’s the article with pictures: teacupsscan0002 scan0003 scan0004
