Returned Gifts of Paintings and Stained Glass

frame Anne 019One of my oldest and dearest friends in Morrilton is Anne Crofoot Queen. When we moved to town she was an English teacher at MHS and her husband then was Horace, a photographer in town. They had a daughter that was around my age and a son, John that was in MHS. They were our neighbors and they even put a gate up between our back doors. Anne more than once has saved my life through our friendship  for 40 years. Anne was a proofreader for the Headlight newspaper where I worked part-time for years. Long story short: HoraceP1 died and Anne married Ben Queen. Everyone one loves Ben and they have been so happy their years together. Well, they decided to downsize and move. Anne called and wanted to know if I would like some things they couldn’t use in their new place. There were two oil paintings and two pieces of stained glass they wanted me to have back. You see throughout the years I made them things and Ben and Anne wanted me to have them back if I wanted them. I was very grateful and appreciated the kind remembrances. Thank you and love to both.p 22 003 001 frame Anne 015 turtles watercolor paintings 060
