Jim Ettman and Ruth Ellen Morris Wedding Part 1

Ettman wedding and watercolor 081Well, I didn’t get much done last week except school work, Spring Festival at school, and the Ettman -Morris wedding. My good friends Jim and  Ruth Ellen  got married Saturday at 2:00. I helped with the reception with Elizabeth. We planned our lists well in advance and tried to have everything  in crystal for the serving dishes. I made the some things last weekend. Then this week I made almond bark pretzels with sprinkles, chocolate clusters, chocolate turtles, white and chocolate strawberries with sprinkles, olives, turkey, cheese and pepperoni picks, and stuffed celery.  Elizabeth and I decorated the 4 tables with all our stuff and Kristi Carlon Strain catered the food.  The cakes came from Linda Viefhaus. I think everything was really pretty and all tasted good. This blog will be what I made and the next post will be the wedding pictures. Mr Jim , did you use half a cabbage head , or did you just slice the bottom off to keep it from rolling? This is such a nifty idea!
