Oklahoma Pow Wow Quilting Retreat – Part 1

I got to teach at the Quilter’s Pow Wow in Oklahoma last weekend. It is held at the old Western Hills Lodge near Waggoner, Oklahoma. Two years ago we were planning on going and a month away they closed the place to remodel. So, we didn’t have it for 2 years. It really was a dump. But, now it has a new face lift and name. It’s called Sequoyah Lodge. Instead of it being decorated western, they got the a statue of an Indian in the lobby. I taught my snowflake quilt. We had a real good time. It was good to see so many quilt friends.PW 8 PW 1 PW 2 PW 3
