Blueberry Tarts and Peanut Butter Tarts

Roy Dudley 001At the Petit Jean Mountain sale  I got two tart pans. The other night I wanted something sweet. I had bought a big tub of sugar cookie dough from the kids at school. I decided to put a little cookie dough in each pan and then got blue berries and peanut butter and peanuts. I put four blueberries in each. In  the other pan I put a small spoonful of peanut butter and several peanuts on top of each. I sprinkled some sugar on top of each. I baked them at 350 degrees until they were done. Now, the blueberries were more moist because of the juice of the berry. The peanut butter ones were crunchy. I like them both. I should. I ate them all. LOL!October 020
