OMG!!! Turkey Pot Pie!!!

October 028The other night I wanted some chicken pot pie. I was too tired to go to the store. I looked in the freezer and there was two pie crusts. That’s a pie! I had frozen turkey! Yea!!! I got two different cans of mixed vegetables, a can of cream of celery soup, a can of cream of chicken soup, half an onion, salt, pepper, and garlic. I drained the veggies, chopped the onions, a dash of this and a tad of that. Dumped all in a mixing bowl and stirred. I poured it all in one pie pan and topped it with the other pie crust. I slit the top and put foil on it at 350 degrees in the oven. I cooked it for one and a half hours then took the foil off to darken the crust. Yummy in the tummy!!!October 027October 026
