Mama’s Dressing and TeeTee’s China

Well, the holidays are coming up and I decided I needed to learn how to make Mama’s dressing. EVERYONE loves mama’s dressing. She has given her recipe out to Cindy and Zoe. And we all think each recipe is different. Now the first mistake I did was to use Jiffy Cornbread Muffin mix instead of the old corn meal in the skillet kind. But, I went on and tried. It made over 2 big pans full. I had supper with family and friends and they said it was ok. But, not Mama’s. I set the table with my grandmother TeeTee’s china, napkins, and silver goblets I recently got from the estate. It was Blake, Maggie, Will, Ben, Debbie, Daniel, Martha, Stewart, Zoe, Ruth Ellen, Jim E., and me. Martha fixed a plate for Cindy. She was getting her hair done. Everyone seemed to like my supper: Turkey and dressing, cranberry sauce, carrots and peas, candied sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, relish tray, celery and sticks. I made 2 blueberry pies, cinnamon crust sticks and garlic buttered pecans for dessert. Ruth Ellen brought the ice cream. Fun was had by all.dre4
