Easy Stuffed Bell Peppers

The other day when I went to Wally-World they had the prettiest bel peppers. I got 3 and brought them home to cook. I got ground chuck, a whole onion, and cooked them in a frying pan with soy sauce and Worchester sauce, salt, pepper an garlic. I boiled rice and let it all cool a minute. Then I mixed the meat and the rice with 1/2 jar of Tostito salsa. Mixed it really good and filled up the bell peppers that had been cut in half and the seeds cleaned out.  I put them in a baking dish with ketchup on top. I cover it in foil and baked them at 350 degrees. Cindy came by and I gave her one for supper. She called and said it was great! I think I’ll make them for the Wednesday night family supper soon.
