Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs

When I made the dressing I boiled extra eggs to devil. I love deviled eggs. We had them growing up for major occasions. My recipe is mayo, a touch of mustard, and sweet pickle relish.  Try not to make it too thin. You don’t want them runny. Some people put a touch of onion in the mix and paprika sprinkled on top.  Some people use a mixer. I do mine by hand. I think we do it like our mother’s did.
