Thanksgiving Petit Jean Hotdog Supper

dscn0408I have been cooking for family and friends on Wednesday nights. That’s the night that my kids can come that doesn’t mess up the whole week’s plans. I usually ask Mama Zoe, Uncle Stewart and Aunt Martha, Ben, Debbie, and Daniel (if he doesn’t get a better offer) and others. This week I asked John and Casey and the boys. I knew everyone was going to have big turkey dinners on Thursday, so I decided to have Petit Jean hotdogs with all the fixings, Rotel cheese dip and Petit Jean chili. I had 3 types of chips and anything you’d want on a hotdog.  I decorated the tables with my Thanksgiving decorations and appoints. We all had a great time and they thought that that was the start of a new family tradition.
