W.N.S. – Stuffed Bell Peppers

dscn0869Last week, I had W.N.S. – Wednesday Night Supper with my kids, Mama Zoe, Aunt Martha, Uncle Stewart, Ben and Debbie. I made stuffed bell peppers. Oh, so easy. Cook ground chuck in frying pan with Worchester and soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and onions. Drain. The cook rice. Drain. Put both in bowl and pour in a jar of Tostito’s chunky salsa. Mix real good and stuff a half of a cleaned out bell pepper. Add a squirt of ketchup.  Cook at 350 degrees until Bell pepper is done. So good and so easy. Had broccoli and cheese sauce, three cheese macaroni with pepperoni, English peas, rolls, squash and onions, and tossed salad. Zoe and Martha brought cookies for dessert. A fun night.
