Blog Post Number 1,500: Bright Animal Print Quilt Top

dscn2249I am blest with friends that give me fabric and old blocks to play with. Someone gave me some leftover bright colored animal prints. I cut the large scraps into the same width. I sewed them end to end and made a long strip. Then, I sewed the strip together and repeated the process until I had a nice size top.  I went to Fran’s new quilt shop in Morrilton and she had the perfect zebra print in two sizes for the borders. I think it is really bright and different. I really love the black and white borders that really finish the quilt top.
