W.N.S. Feb 1- Lasagna and the Fixings

Wednesday Night Supper, or as I call it, W.N.S., was lasagna. This was the first time I had bought a frozen thing for W.N.S. to just heat up.  I usually do everything from scratch. I had corn on the cob, green beans, candied apples, cheese bread, garlic toasted rolls, salad, and Liz brought over a chocolate brownie with melted chocolate chips. We served it with Cool Whip and M&Ms. I’m so glad I got two big lasagna. They really ate. It was Blake and Cindy, Maggie, Will, Zoe, Jim & Ruth Ellen, Liz and Pete, Michelle and me. it was really good. But,  the leftovers were better the next day.  I just used the red crystal dishes and the daily stainless. I really love using the red glassware on the white linen cloths. Fun was had by all.
