W.N.S. March 8- Mexican Fiesta Night

For W.N.S.  (Wednesday Night Supper) I wanted Mexican.  I made two pans of beef., one with onions and garlic and one with taco seasoning. I made a crock pot of cheese dip, chopped onions, tomatoes, lettuce,  made refried beans, and Spanish rice. I had two types of chips, and taco shells.  Martha fixed a mixed salad. I made chocolate chip cookies and taco salad boats. I had Blake and Cindy, Maggie, Will, Pete and Liz, Martha and Stewart, Ben and Debbie. I used the Fireglow china from Royal Doulton  the red Viking glasses, and the Chateau stainless with red and white checked linens, and watermelon linens. Sorta like a Mexican picnic inside.
