W.N. S. -I looked up beef stroganoff on the web. To make it from scratch was almost the same as from the box of Hamburger Helper. I voted for the box. The box has 2 packages of spices and 2 packages of noodles. So, I got 2 boxes, 5 pounds of ground chuck, another big package of noodles. With that much beef I had 3 skillets going. Then, I had to start water for the other noodles. When I added water, milk, spices and dry noodles to each frying pan, I realized I didn’t have anything that big to put it all in except the big crock pot. After the noodles were cooked and the three frying pans were ready, I dumped it all into the crock pot. Added more milk and stirred. Everybody said it was good. I loved it! I had corn on the cob, green peas, candied carrots, deviled eggs, double chocolate brownies, and pound cake with blueberries for dessert. Had plenty leftover to share. I set the table for Easter and it looked so springy. This week I had Blake, Cindy, Maggie, Will, Ruth Ellen, Jim, Michelle, Debbie, Ben, Uncle Stewart, Aunt Martha, and Mama Zoe. Fun was had by all.
